Most supplements are designed to dissolve within 30 minutes.
The rate of absorption following that is dependent on many factors – including your own physical state, what you’ve had to eat, and the product in question – for example, whether the nutrients are water or fat soluble.
Vitamins B and C are water soluble, and generally speaking are more quickly absorbed than vitamins A, D, E, K which are fat soluble.
That’s why fat soluble nutrients are often recommended to be taken with food.
Our products are made to very high standards and this includes how well they are broken down to be utilised by the body.
So while we expect a very high rate of absorption, we could not guarantee exactly how much nor make a comparison to other companies’ products.
