Australia and New Zealand are moving to an improved process for your Annual Social Marketer Fee that is globally consistent.
From the 21st August, on the anniversary of your membership, an automatic invoice will be processed, using the default credit card on your account – easy!
This way, you won’t accidentally forget to pay the Annual Fee, nor will you inadvertently be transitioned to Customer.
We will continue email and (if required) postal notifications, in anticipation of the approaching anniversary date of your membership.
As the payment will be automatically deducted, if you feel that being a Social Marketer is no longer for you, please advise us prior to the anniversary date of your membership, that you would like to be transitioned to a Customer. As a Customer, you can still purchase all your favourite Live Clean products at any time, and at the same great price.
