As we transition to a new Website and Database we may have a few teething issues and delays with email notifications
One notification that is currently being sent is:
Changes to Your SmartShip
Please note - this email may be regarding a Social Marketer Annual Fee that is now changing to an automatic subscription. This is a global standard and the Annual Social Marketer fee will now become an automatic invoice (just like a smartship) on the anniversary of your membership.
If you have not set up a monthly SmartShip profile or template (for product) on your account, this email notification would be regarding your annual fee and would be the only recurring order linked to your account.
Your Annual Social Marketer Fee is due in 15 days
You may get a reminder email regarding your Annual Fee being due in 15 days, when it could actually be due sooner than that.
The important thing to note, is the fee will now be automatically charged, so if you do not wish to continue with your Social Marketer account, please email the office to request a transition to customer.
