Are any ingredients in Modere products been sourced from China?

Yes, a number of raw materials will have originated in China. China is a major supplier of raw materials for complementary medicines manufactured in Australia. We also use European and other global suppliers. The quality and safety standards in place for these materials are extensive, as are those applying to the manufacture of the finished goods. All materials are subject to stringent control measures in line with Australia’s high standards.

Will deliveries be impacted due to COVID-19?

StarTrack, APD and NZ Courier Post have all advised at this stage there are no known delays with deliveries. Even with different states accross Australia closing their borders, logistics & freight at this stage are still allowed to contine.

To reduce unnecessary contact, all parcels – be it at a post office or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and delivery on the handheld device.

The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

Is Multi-Surface Cleaner a sanitiser/disinfectant?

The multi-surface cleaner contains Alcohol C10-14 Ethoxylated which has wetting, detergent and emulsifying properties.

Wetting allows the cleanser to stay in contact with the surface causing the molecules to interact with each other. The detergent property allows the surfactants to surround and break apart the oils/fats and dirt on the surface being cleaned.

Emulsifying is similar to detergent but takes the oils that’s been pulled from the surface and traps it within the cleaners micelles. So Multi-Surface Cleaner acts like soap.
