How to reset your password

Having trouble logging in?

Click on "Forgot your password"?

Enter the email address linked to your Modere account

This will generate the following email

Please note: If using gmail or hotmail accounts, the emails can be delayed due to strict spam filtering processes.  Also pays to check Trash and Spam folders as the email generates from a bulk database.

Click on the "click here" link to go to the Password Reset page

Enter a new password as per the criteria in the email (can be the same as previous) and click Submit Reset Password, you will then be logged into the website.
