Customer Birthday Credit

Modere birthday credits are exclusively available to Customers of Modere who purchase Modere products and have included a date of birth on their account.

The birthday credit is allocated to you on the date of birth you have saved in your account.

The birthday credit will automatically apply to your order for up to 30 days from your birthday.

Modere will allow only one amendment to your date of birth in case of any error. You must contact the corporate office to amend your date of birth.
