When you are at the section for Shipping Address, please type in the first few letters of the SUBURB. After a few letters, a drop down list appears, and you can scroll through this list, and click on the suburb you want. The State and Postcode then fills in automatically – you cannot manually change the State and Postcode information.
Disable Auto-Fill for Address
If the browser you are using tries to auto-fill these fields it will override the Website's ability to perform as designed and may prevent you from choosing a Suburb. You may need to turn off auto-fill or remove all the information from the address fields and re-type.
We have provided some guides below to give you some more specific details on how to disable auto-fill in some popular web browsers. Please be aware these may not match your browser version, so what you see may not be exactly the same.
