When Can I edit my SmartShip™ template?
Anyday prior to midnight the day before your processing date you can edit your template and profile by going to your SmartShip™ Manager.
To modify your SmartShip order, log into your account select >My Account,then click on >My SmartShip. Make any edits or updates you desire in your SmartShip Manager.
How do I cancel my SmartShip™ template?
Just remove all the products listed, if no items are in the template, no order will process.
To cancel your SmartShip order, log in to your account and then select >My Account. Then click on >SmartShip Manager and remove all items by adjusting the quantity to "0".
Can I place an order on a blackout day?
Yes! You can submit an order using BUY NOW from your SmartShip Manager.
You have two options for new orders within your SmartShip Manager. If you need some items sooner, you can place a partial SmartShip order to be delivered before your next scheduled processing date. Simply select the items you want and click “BUY NOW”, and your partial SmartShip order will process.
This will not affect your next scheduled SmartShip order, which will process in its entirety on next your recurring SmartShip date.

If you’d like to expedite delivery of your entire SmartShip order before the next scheduled date, select all items and click “BUY NOW”. This order will process immediately.

It is important to always check the Next Processing Date listed when doing a BUY NOW or CHECKOUT WITH SMARTSHIP order as the date may not change if only processing partial orders

What are the blackout days?
SmartShip™ orders cannot process on the 29th, 30th, 31st or 1st of the month. Any existing templates that had those processing dates have been moved to process on either the 28th or the 2nd of the Month.
What happens if there are unavailable products on my template?
We try our best to reserve stock for upcoming SmartShip™ orders, however if something you have on your template is unavailable you will be advised in the reminder email. Reminder emails are scheduled to send 7 days and again 1 day prior to the date your SmartShip™ is set to process.
